Please spend some time to read the Terms of Use of PLATFORM which is integrated in the website www.athenslawyer.gr and it is the website of the Athens based lawyer Nefeli Makrynikola, based in Athens with contact details 2114147362, contact email address makrinnef@gmail.com. The following Terms and Conditions apply exclusively to the use of this platform.
Any other Terms and Conditions are expressly excluded. Any guest entering, transacting or using platform’s services (from now on as 'User'), is considered to agree and accept unconditionally and unexceptionally the set out terms. Should any User disagree with these terms, he/she must refrain from using this platform and transacting with it. The lawyer reserves any right to modify the Terms of Use at any time.
1. Information
The lawyer is committed to the truth, accuracy and completeness of the information provided on the platform, regarding the identity and details of both the lawyer and her services. The lawyer reserves and is not bound by any technical or typographical errors, whether due to error, oversight or force majeure, which the lawyer agrees to correct, should they come to her attention.2. Liability Limitation
The lawyer shall fully comply with the Greek Civil Code provisions regarding the sale and the 2251/1994 Law provisions on Consumer Protection as amended and in force. The lawyer makes every effort to provide high quality services but cannot guarantee that there will be no interruptions or errors.3. User Liability
Each User is free to use the site in accordance with the law and morality. The lawyer does not exercise any kind of correction or interference with the data transferred by the User. The User must fill in correctly and accurately the following fields: name, etc. in the online contact forms. The use of the site is subject to the Greek, European and International laws and the User agrees not to use our site in order to violate these laws. In the context of the above, the User agrees and undertakes not to use the platform for:- Send, post, e-mail or otherwise transmit any content that is unlawful for any reason, causes unlawful infringement and harm to the Platform or any third party, or violates the confidentiality or privacy of any person's information.
- Sending, publishing, e-mailing or otherwise transmitting any content that causes offence to users' morals, social values, minors, etc.
- Sending, publishing, e-mailing or otherwise transmitting any content for which users do not have the right to transmit according to law or applicable contracts (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information acquired or disclosed as part of employment relationships or covered by confidentiality agreements)
- Sending, publishing, e-mailing or otherwise transmitting any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any third party
- Sending, publishing, e-mailing or otherwise transmitting any material that contains software viruses or any other code, files or programs designed to interrupt, damage, destroy or equip the operation of any software or computer hardware
- Intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Harassment of third parties in any way
- Collecting or storing personal data about other users.
Furthermore, the User agrees that the lawyer is not liable for anything arising from third parties who use the site. Any use contrary to the above, in addition to any incidental and/or civil penalties, will result in the termination of the services provided without notice.
